For the interior if you could model buttons onto the screen, remove the indentation of the model dash and the screen is facing if there was a lhd. for the steering wheel I would use the mk2 pessima refresh steering wheel because the steering wheel is just off I don't know how but it looks off.
I recommend this video if you don't want to use the model of steering wheel refresh

that is not how a hood opens it connects with the car there are no bars to connect it to the hood

 

To do so, the JBeam in the Hood area must be modified slightly. It's a fairly difficult task, so we'll put it off until later…
