Fair enough. BTW just testing the new update the doors don't open at all they just stick after about 5% open also are you gonna include the V6? Thanks!

v6 will happen. None of the latches really work as intended as hoods will hit the intake (if equipped) and the hatch just doesn't work at all. It's hitting something, but I can't really tell what. I'll figure it out eventually.

As for the hitting of things when opening hinges, I'd make the visual model of the car itself invisible and take a look at only the collision triangles while opening latches. That might give you a better idea of what's colliding with what

Its almost painful how difficult opening parts are. As much as you would hope opening parts are easy to do and simple to troubleshoot, its not. There are too many variables to check when trying to fix them, It just becomes a headache every single time.

I guarantee that Akemi has tried this, to no avail. Remember, he is still new to this, especially to opening parts. It'll take some time to get perfect, just give him time to understand the system better.

Yeh. I tried playing with tris and node positions but doesnt really wanna open. I don't see any points where it's hitting and enabling simplified collisions fixed it (at one point, i havent checked as of latest) so it's gotta be some kind of parts colliding? it's annoying, smh.

Tiny bug, but the mirror tends to move away from the door after resetting the car, possibly more jbeam issues. Otherwise it's coming along nicely!

Is the speedometer ever going to be able to go past 110? I'm assuming that's intentional because the LS ECU restricts the speed to 110 but if you use the stock ECU you can go faster but the speedometer stops. I'm not sure if IRL an Iroc is governed at stock to 110 just wondering I'd reckon it's not really a big deal either way. :D

I don't think it's a governed speedometer, since thirdgens have a traditional mechanically driven speedometer and it would just keep rotating till it hits the trip reset knob, around the end of the scale.

This is a result of 200BX behaviours I believe. Thanks for the report.

I forgot but I think it sits pretty low even at it's max height. You should try increasing the max value in the rally coilover's files ;) (or i guess i should, because it's my mod)

    or alternatively, i could just:

yeah slap it onto a D10 chassis lmao
    --- Post updated ---
Updated the V6's power and torque curves to better match the real thing, now makes roughly 140 hp and 165 torque in stock form
EDIT: made the V6 more fuel efficient because yes

I wonder how hard it is to edit the weight. 1247 kg vs real of 1400+ kg. Nothing major but heavier car changes the feel of it.
