is the v8 engine supposed to sound like an extremely loud older v8 noise i like it but it's really loud
May I add my constructive feedback, both positive and negative? You have a really really good base for a wonderful work of a mod! I am really enjoying it! Generally: I love the integration of the Wendovers Cockpit, nothing wrong with this fact. Sadly however, it seems very dimly lid and it does not change when you activate the lights, which also dont light up the road. not planning on doing much night driving, just a mention! While the Average MPG is displayed, the fuel tank lights up as almost empty I6 Models: Tested I6 Base Hatch M I love the Brake Feel, the overall handling The Engine sadly can barely be heard even under full load and inside the car. This makes listening for shiftpoints very hard. you really have to look on the instruments. V8 Models: I love the Brake Feel, the suspension is nice and snappy, you can very easily get used to this car, its powerband and sliding. The Engine sadly can barely be heard even under full load and inside the car. This makes listening for shiftpoints very hard. you really have to look on the instruments. This car, such a car really has been missing up until now in the game! Thank you very much!
Liking the update a lot. It’s really coming along. However, just noticed the “body colored trim” skin isn’t working while trying to make a config. Just figured I’d mention.
Sorry about that, realised that today as well. in a meantime, should be able to use two tone and set the two colours to be the same.
made a rough concept for a solid axle rear, its all in place and works/drives but there are still physics issues regarding its function. its all from the moonhawk so if all else fails try miramar rear suspension as its on a monocoque chassis and a bit newer in design https://we.tl/t-vZGr3XD5nK
Literally nothing to be offended over, truly some twitter stuff here. Hopefully it doesn't spread. On topic though, is the force feedback supposed to be so... loose on this car? I was messing around with the stock V8 notchback version and compared with the 200BX and Wendover (which I had driven both directly prior to this and used the same FFB settings), the steering felt extremely loose. I'm new to FFB wheels, so I don't know if this is normal, but just wanted to see whether this was intended or an issue.
My wheel is a Logitech G920. I've heard the thing about power steering messing up the ffb, going to see if that's the issue later this week.
need to readd the probs still. it's one of the thingies i wanna do for next update. haven't done much tho since i'm lazy, the mods in a passable state, im sleepy, a little busy, and im tired.
Love the mod! I tried building a config as close as possible to Car Craft Magazine's 200MPH street-legal Mustang Cobra project from back in '93.
