    They will only be on my PC for strictly private use if he doesn't want me releasing it. I would delete it if he really wanted but it wouldn't change much in the first place because I'd never release it

    Take all the time you need, this will be a great addition to the repo once you decide it's ready to release.

    I know that Top Tier Studios has been helping with some skins, but I'd be happy to help.

    I can already think of some cool ideas for emergency and utility trucks!
