There hasn't been any progress because Econadder has been busy IRL. He's mentioned this in several of his other threads. He's not the kind to abandon projects, so I'm certain that we will eventually see this mod released.

I'm so excited for this one. I just spent the good 30 minutes or so reading this entire thread and I would donate to help fix your beautiful 4runner but I need the money to get my first car.

 

Then you didn't read good enough, because you would see this probably won't be finished

 

If it does get finished, it'll be a long way before that point is reached.

I don't think it was released,
The closest thing to it that works fine in 0.13 is called: "Everything Yota" Offroad Truck
So web search that and you should find it..
For now all you can do it click Watch Thread and wait..
Maybe one day it will be released.
