I say you should, just in case any problems with the vehicle arise before the public beta. I could test it too
here is some pics of the front suspention and exhaust. Does anyone have pictures for the exhaust. like the path it takes?
http://www.yotatech.com/f116/need-pic-2nd-gen-4runner-underside-189961/ hard to see the path it takes, but the second pic could help with the exhaust and any other underside features.
Please use the 3 link rear suspension setup. 90-present 4Runners have the 4 link setup. The leaf springs were dropped after the first generation of the 4Runner.
Hey nice job! I saw you used blender and I was wondering if I could get maybe an outdated copy (of the Toyota model) to look at and maybe pick apart (I am somewhat new to blender and I thought this might help me)
i dont have any copies of an outdated model. if you want to see a model from the game just go to a vehicles files and look for a file that has .dae at the end. just import that into blender. the developer models for sure have the .dae files and some mods. As of everyone else the toyota doesnt have leafsprings as a stock default. it has springs and shocks with those arms that connect to the axle. those leafsprings will be for the offroad version. - - - Updated - - - Almost done with the rear. - - - Updated - - - FINISHED the rear suspention. both offroad and stock. Forgot to add offroad shocks so here you go - - - Updated - - - more suspention work. ive done alot today.
Only one side is a shackle, the rear. The front is just a spring hanger. Example from my D21. (imported from here)
Fix your spring perches please. The front would use a dropbox them the spring perches. Rear is just the perches. http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/CheapTricks/CrossoverSteering/SpringDrop5.jpg

I think that you might want to (slightly) enlarge and raise the door handle a little bit. Also, a suggestion for the off road variant-- put just a little rust texture on the frame.
