when I load in in the police versions it loads with the light bar in the parts selector but not on the car and yes, I have cleared my cache also, some new skins show up black. do I have to delete previous versions

As a Michigander, I thank you for your service. I believe all of the newer Vics use LED Gumball Machines, but some of the older ones had rotators. I think that has to be custom made for the newer ones.
