His schtick is very verbose messages. That's what he does. It's like a meme. Well, it is a meme, it's part of the whole good sir meme. He talks like he wears a monocle, that's kinda the whole point. It's not really to inform people like how most users treat this website it's just to say something simple in the longest way possible with the highest scrabble score.

No, you'd just need the developer kit. Also, it doesn't matter if you do, because the reason it doesn't work is the fault of the game itself, not the app. If you go to an earlier version of BeamNG it still works, but it's god awful and I can't imagine why you'd unironically choose those inputs over a controller, steering wheel, or even just a keyboard.
