access help

Hello everyone, I have the game as it is right now and I bought is yesterday (look at date of this post).
As I understand it right now it is in alpha so if I'm playing the game why am I not getting access to much of the website?
It's not that I want to post there, it's that I want to download maps and cars from this website and I just can't.

what should I do?

 

Wait until the "BeamNG.drive" badge appears under your name. Then you will be able to view the exclusive content.

 

and how long will that take, I've now had the game for more than a day

 

Looks like you haven't activated your forum account. Maybe check your email for one from BeamNG (Including the spam folder) see if there's an email.

 

ok I've just went to the email and verified it again with steam let's see if that worked.
