I just wanted to shortly ask a little thing and that is is the AI learning to be faster each lap or is learning in time to drive much faster? because I tested it and every like 10 minutes it got like 0.01 seconds faster or is it just my incompetent way of taking the time?

I think it's just the way you measured your times. The AI in BeamNG seems to be more dynamic than in other games, but I don't think it learns as it goes

The AI calculates the best way to drive around a route in real-time (you can inspect that from the AI Control App, debug modes), but it's not a self-learning approach.
If it drives on the same route, there could be variations at times, but due small differences in the physics (ie. maybe the car spawned a few cm on the left, or it bounced off a bump differently, so on)
