What track? I will try myself and report back to you.
    I have RTX 2070S and R5 3600.
    --- Post updated ---
I tried the most heavy map i could think of. East Coast, spawn in the middle of the city. 10 AI vehicles at random ( i got 3 big trucks, rest normal cars).
    FPS before AI spawn 90-100
FPS after AI spawn 50-55, no lag, no stutter or anything.

If you spawn AI you will always get a FPS drop.
Its your CPU that is your limiting factor here, not GPU.

Have you checked out the Banana bench tread?
Check out the spread sheet :)
