I'm no expert, but I don't think this is right

 

It is kind of on purpose, I wanted to simulate cold engine starts, and this makes especially diesel engines longer to start. You gotta change some settings in the Gameplay sections to like "Start Engines Cold"

I can't even get close to braking in time, and slammed on the brakes my vehicle doesn't stop no matter what. It's clearly too snowy and cold... Maybe make it not -409 Degrees?

 

Yes, the temperature should be realistic, maybe -40°C, I saw an advertisement for a diesel designed for such a temperature, it should be normal.
