AMD Drivers Error

Hi to all!
Last few days I get the Blue Screen Of Death every single day and it says a 3b code (of something like that).After some googling I discovered that this is some kind of Video Card drivers error and I decided to remove them and instal the latest 13.12 version avaliable on the official site of AMD ( My video is Ati Radeon HD 7900). I installed it but when I try to open the Catalyst here is what it says:

And now I can't run any game or program. I don't know how to fix it.
Any help would be appreciated!

 

Did you try restarting your computer? Maybe try the beta drivers?

 

Yes I restarted it a few times.I'll try again to uninstall the drivers and instal them again and if this doesn't work I'll try the beta drivers
