It seems we're all around the same age here, cool Nice stuff to read, i also enjoy everything eighties. Best era for cars for me.
You don't, you just wait for the mod to be updated. De-updating your game is only possible as a performance improvement, but those versions of the game are so limited that they are not worth it unless you want it for nostalgia. There are ways to save old versions of the game, but these saved old versions are unsupported.
That is because both of those authors are banned and so will not/cannot be updating their stuff. I would search for other bolide mods if I were you, and take a look at some of the other high speed test maps. OT: I expect this mod to come out in the next week given how often Sergentfido is around while not saying anything concrete about progress - what do you all think?
Awesome and all, but they all have the same issue, no texture for the windows and because of that the game doesn't want it to run. It's prolly just on my end, so I'm just throwing this out there! Other than that I can't wait to be able to drive these classic beasts around
That's not how it works... No texture is because you only downloaded 1 of 2 files, and it doesn't run because of the lua changes in the game, it will be fixed soon. Issue on your end, the Hyper Bolide works fine for me. Maybe clear cache. Or maybe you have an outdated version of the mod, I got my one from that one Reddit post.
That's basically what "outdated" means. Always good to take like ten seconds to read the few previous messages before posting a not so new information lol. Mod is still close to completion, just a few details to check and improve. Sorry for the wait and huge thanks to the person that just sent me a donation, i'm very grateful.
My favorite mod by far. We really appreciate all the hard work you have put into this, I'm happy just to know that you are working on it THANKS!. Hope my donation helps you with something
Ohh thank you, i just saw your donation, it's very appreciable. Will help my diecast collection for sure . I'm currently working on the update, very soon available again
Ooh... that is a very dangerous, very expensive hobby. I'm glad I was able to finally kick it... how, you may ask? I started collecting anime DVDs/Blurays, and there was no more money [or room] left for diecasts
I collect almost only used 1:64 scale diecasts found in flea markets, from time to time. Some ebay finds, but i keep it reasonnable.
