I agree the badge is heavy on my computer too.
i think this is pretty much one of the reasons the devs made that Automation importer, as it would basically skip over all the fine tuning process and JBeaming and pretty much drop every mod maker on the doors of the repo, just needing to put an interior and some configs. A shame this is one if not the only example of an Automation car done properly
That has been taken care of, the automation bumper bars have been removed from the model and thus the model now has around 15k less tris.
I replaced them with a Texture of the badge, on the oval badge.

Automation cars indeed are a good way getting into modding, it’s also how I started-making automation cars.
There is another example of a better automation car, however there is 0 customization and the design of the car is rather questionable.
I’ll work on this Focus until I am satisfied with the results.

The Body tearing has been removed, only a few inperfections left to go over!
Above that, the badge has been replaced with a texture, saving about 20k tris.
Most detachable side parts have been removed, weight went down to 1280kg again.

This is by far the best Automation mod I ever seen. You should make a tutorial for this. At least I love to see my Automation car look like this. Keep up the good work. Cheers!
I get what you're saying, but that's a little harsh, there are really good ones out there. No, I'm not trying to stick up for m own stuff because I know they aren't great, but some people do make some pretty good vehicles.
I think he meant like it's the only one that's been built upon further. Im pretty sure that one of the original purposes of these Auto/Beam cars was to help people get into modding. They were meant to be an easy way to start modding.

I learned a lot of new things with the Focus and tried a lot more. I would like to give my knowledge that I have gained through this car forward to other people so this Focus won‘t be the only example of an Automation car like this (for example beam wheels on automation cars, other beam parts on automation cars etc.)

Keep up the progress man! It's looking absolutely breathtaking so far! You're seriously on the next level of designing BeamNG vehicles. Absolutely amazing! First time i've seen that much progress on the interior on an Automation car. Keep going, looking forward to seeing updates and changes.

There now is a Hillclimb kit for the Focus
The splitter still has a bit of weird vibration going
I added nodes and meshes for the NOS
2 Bottles for extra silliness
Thanks to @Alex_The_Gamer , the broken glass textures are now complete!
Added mesh for trunk and hydraulics, as well as hydraulic cylinders
