    I assume the Automation converts will be simple bodyshells on wheels, lacking not only interior, but also separate panels, internal structures and engine bays. Am I right?

    all of that has been brought up already. There will not be any separate body panels or interiors. They will have engines though. simple things such as wings will be separate.

    AFAIK these vehicles will be a mostly solid body with separate accessories; their team hopes to have interiors someday in the future but it would take a daunting amount of resources for their current team.

    So it's gonna be a simple bodyshell that I can throw together in a modeling program in like 20 minutes?

    pretty much I think, but with all the small details you add in automation like lights and vents.

    As long as Russian mods still look Russian in comparison you can always go back and improve the jBeam.

    I'll buy Automation on sale only for this. I really didn't see this coming; devs, you surprised me!

    Now we only need a crossover between BeamNG and Cities: Skylines to build your city in C:S and export the entire map in BeamNG :cool:

    Unfortunately all Paradox are for is to make money, and the original developers of C:S aren't active at all.

    Even without traffic (it would be impossible in beamng), driving on the roads you've built would be awesome. Could you imagine driving in BeamNG here? :O

    Ok so i got a few questions, will the automation cars be improved in the future to allow for interiors and more removable parts and do the automation cars lights include glowmaps, working lights, movable suspension etc? If the cars don't include these things now will they be added later?

    Agreed. Detroit is not really much more then a mobile game relatively, And I can't wait for a full career mode for Ue4.

    There is a career mode for the older version of the game, it's pretty beta and can be buggy sometimes, but is still worth checking out.:)

    Yeah i know but 2 seconds of a stunt don't answer my question (deformation looked kinda dodgy)
