All modded maps seem to have very blurry grass, trees, liveries and textures on all vehicles, and skyboxes. I have done 3 fresh installs and nothing seems to fix it. "Texture" graphics setting does not affect it. As with my solved last thread with no material, I can't upload any images because the verification has issues that I don't want to deal with or care about at the moment. Again, as the last thread stated, I cannot clear cache because there is no launcher (thanks Technological for the attempted support though)

Modded vehicles don't seem to have the issue, however.

New issue. After playing ANY map, frames slowly decrease to roughly 10-15 fps. I can be on lowest graphic settings, and it doesn't matter. Not sure if this is a hardware issue, but my Desktop makes chirping sounds when this happens, and my total CPU, RAM, GPU usage is very low as well
