    Same as the tires issue, the two vehicles are conflicting (shared material name).

    GD should be updated to use the skin system in order to prevent this.

    should make all the chassis' paint-able from the color menu anyways.

    Yes, possibly.

    Testing prior release might help with a couple minor issues.

    Well, it's 7:00 am here. I'm on a train to get to work... :p

    Release 3.0 RC1 available.

    Includes:

    - New drivetrain code.
    - Adjustable engine, supercharger and transmission parameters.
    - New fire simulation system.
    - Improved breakage model.
    - Rupturable fluel tank.
    - Breakable engine, wheel axles, driveshafts.
    - Breakable front clips for all bodystyles.
    - Optional tow hitch.
    - Flags (WIP).
    - New bodystyle: RetroBigfoot.
    - Zombie Hunter now sports a slightly iridescent paint coating and new rims.
    - A lot of new/improved/fixed things.

    Plus all the improvements previously included in the public hotfix:

    - New wheel system with selectable tires and 4 tire options.
    - New paint scheme for the F150 body: Monster Energy (body texture courtesy of @acapaldi).
    - New paint scheme for El Toro Loco: Yellow (body texture courtesy of @Devin Winfield).
    - New thumbnails by @acapaldi with credits.

    Known issues:

    - Transmission may become unresponsive for a couple of seconds after damage to one of the wheels (stuck in N). It's currently unknow whether this is a bug in the code or rather an hiccup of the game.
    - Separate tires may become permanently deformed but fail to deflate on severe impacts.
    - Some front clips could use some improvements.

    I found a small problem. After a decently harder hit, both axles have flipped backwards.

    Not flipped, broken tierods (disabled via meshBreaking).

    so are we gonna get new sounds for the motor soon? the current one keeps screwing up like it's playing the sound twice at the same time or it decides it wants to go mono. it's doing it more after the 0.8 update

    Yes eventually. Some sort of revamp in the future has been discussed. I haven't checked if sound patch was applied for you guys. But it was really bad with the issue you mentioned with 0.8.0. It is kind of fixed on the dev version with a quick patch by @FLyInG 2 YoUr SoUL . Maybe he can verify if it made it in, or if it's something we need to look at right away.
