Are there any good russian mods?

The topic of this thread has been pretty much discussed, and feels that is now revolving over the same arguments on loop with some occasional spam in-between.
Will be locked to avoid further spam.

ProTip: Don't categorize certain mods as russian as it would be disparaging. Anybody from anywhere in the world can make sloppy mods.
As most people know where they can find those, you also know where to look or not if you are interested or not into them.
Anybody is free to play their game with the mods they enjoy and so on.
