It'll be out when the full version comes out. At the moment there is a private beta (limited access). The author also had a break, so you need to give him some time. But there doesn't seem to be much work left.

could ya just stop asking these question?like"oh would you like to make it free?" or "is there a openable mod support" and also "when release?"??? it's author's right to decide when or how to release the mod,not you guys,in my point of view,the fastest way to get a WIP mod which you like is to say something good instead of "when release" so please be patient and just control your self. --- Post updated --- it's annoying for a modder to see someone just asking when release when there are lot of guys had been here to ask these dumb questions,espcially when there are lot of cool guy have enough on telling newcomer to be patient
