WIP Audi RS6/RS7 C8 4K 2020

Just when did the owner tell you this? On the discord server he has said several times that the rs7 will be made after the rs6 is released

I thought you were literally talking about more than one person and from what I could tell, what that person is saying is that the rs6 won't come out until the rs7 is complete which from what I know is false

 

How is this thread still active? The mod is probably never going to be ready

The owners of this thread updates their progress nearly every week on their discord thread in the BeamNG server, in other words this mod is still being actively developed

 

Then there's no need for this thread, there's nothing here

 

Its meant to exist for the link for the download and explain every feature on the car you numpty

 

But why is the thread active, nothing productive is happening here, it's being kept alive by people begging for download, and also where is the download link?

I would honestly agree, Why does someone with a guy that's trying to look like they are hot while wondering why threads should exist on BeamNG.Drive?

Although he isn't saying about all threads but he is with this thread about the RS6/RS7

 

I think this mod will be best mod from the beamng

 

and probably also the most resource intensive


don't get me wrong, the mod does sound amazing, but this whole electronic garb in the form of a completely functional MMI would definitely be a huge performance killer. so a lot of time would have to go into optimizing the whole thing to run somewhat well, unless they choose to make it like a modern AAA game, which i hope doesn't happen.

still interested in seeing where this goes, but i really do hope they work on making the mod run (somewhat) smoothly on most computers.

 

Maybe they could make a "standard" version w/o the whole infotainment thingy, just like the vanilla cars. That would save performance.
