Just to let you know, 1) yes you are bumping, 2) the author of the mod would've posted a download link if it was done
Wow 35 pages of discussion about just a simple italian hatch(which i absolutely love) Compared to 4 In cars like the gill-rowe kingsway is a lot , probably because this will be free and that one being paid, (I do not hate paid mods) Could there possibly be a turbo street racer variant pleeeeees once it is done and uploaded?
yup, restomod config has got you covered! oh and also, i'm almost done with the next big thing so expect a progress update in a week or two
Hey! I've loved this mod, seeing progress come along, but I've wondered. will you add this? (Not forcing, just asking). . . .
not exactly a config on it's own, but you will have the parts necessary to make this sort of car yourself!
heyo! It's been a while since the last progress update, right? 4 months, almost down to the day jeez i gotta stop disappearing for 1/4 of a year at once anyway, here's the "next big thing" i was talking about last post: the wheels! in total, there's 7 different sets of wheels and 10 different rims to choose from, most of these are factory steelies/alloys, so let's begin with the basic ones: the base steelies: size 13x5, offered on the lower-end trims, come in silver and black, based loosely on the original 127 steel wheels and some other supermini steelies. the Elegante steelies/alloys (Type 11/ Type 24): size 13x5, as per the name, these come with the Elegante premium trims, left is original production (1972-1977), right is facelift (1978-1981), based on A112 Abarth and X1/9 clover rims, respectively. the Anniversario alloys (Type 16): size 13x5, alloys limited only to the 1979 Anniversario special trim, based on Cromodora CD16. the Corse alloys (Type 17/ Type 25): size 14x6, used on the Corse trims, pre-lift (left) one is a custom design, facelift (right) one is based on one of the Scirocco I rims. these guys are cool, so they get the Corse center caps. the Busa/Proto wheels (Folk TA52): size 14x8/14x9, turbofan-esque rims based on a cool custom made hillclimb car. made specifically for the Busa-powered cars cause the only other 14x9 rims are the stock Autobello Type 2s and they didn't have quite the cool factor imo. available in 3 styles - full black, black hub with paintable barrel and full white. --- Post updated --- welp, apparently there's a 10-image limit on singular replies now, so i can't show you everything in one message. anyway: the hubcaps 3 different options, two of them look the same but that's only cause one is meant for the base steelies, and one for the Elegante rims. plain and simple smooth hubcap for the pre-lift cars, and a more modern and utilitarian center cap for the facelift ones. here's some pics showing (or at least attempting to show) how the wheels and caps look on the car: oh, and there's also new 175/70 rally tires for 13x5.5 rims made specifically for the Group 2 rally car. the wheel names might change in the future too, they're not yet set in stone. anyway, wall of text over i hope this was even in the slightest worth the wait let's be real it probably wasn't
