This is insanely good, also for its small size it's strong, i did a demo derby 5 of these and they're tough little nuggets!!
Hey, first of all, amazing mod, really fun to drive, idk if this has been talked or not but are you thinking of it having an RWD version? It could be a mix of the Toyota Starlet KP61 and the Fiat 127 giving it a even wider tuning range.
The Fiat 127 was front wheel drive, i'm guessing you're thinking of the 126 ^^ On another note, would personally love to see a Van body, kinda like the Fiat Fiorino
wonderful mod. absolutely wonderful to thrash around on backroads. this is exactly what we need: old euro shitboxes. worth the wait 100%. also can someone tell me if this is just a function of the mod or if the entirety of beamng is this realistic, but when you're running hot and low on oil, and it doesn't start straight away, then you push it to kinda jump start it that way, is that in every car or just this one? because i was really surprised. by the way the aria can run for a good few minutes with barely any oil, also under full load
i'm loving this mod. wonderful little nugget. but could i make a suggestion? the front fogs should be running lights. you turn on the headlights and they turn on. they square or round ligths on the bottom of the bumper like all fogs of that period
12 hours and already 4000 downloads, wow that's fast I'm glad you like it :] the mid-engine chassis is meant to be more of a one-off, so it's bike swap only tho with such a short wheelbase and RWD only, it'd be a pain to drive. Just like the turbo proto ;D the bike gear ratios are based on a performance Hayabusa gearset, tho even with the stock gearset the top gears were a little short - I guess that's just how the bike is IRL probably not, closest thing would maybe be a UK RHD version some day ah right, that's a leftover. already fixed it on my end, should be good in the next update nope, base car is FWD only tho if you want you can always make an AWD conversion yourself! honestly first time i'm hearing of this, I didn't add anything that works like that maybe the devs did some background work again? IRL they were parking lights that you had to turn on manually anyway, i could theoretically make them turn off when the headlights are on. I'll think about this maybe
I've noticed a bug with this one. When you're in interior view, and you use either turn signal, the indicator on the dashboard flashes both arrows, like the four-way flashers, instead of only flashing the corresponding arrow to the turn signal in use.
I don't think that's a bug. Most budget cars of the era had indicator lights like that. I did notice the rear suspension geometry might need a little adjustment maybe? If you raise the back of the car up with the mouse and drop it, it's like the rear suspension stops before compressing as you would expect.
I think that's just the shocks being WAY too stiff. It feels like they're way more absorbant than they're supposed to be and the suspension has no real room to "follow" bumps. Other than that I really like this little car, Beam needed something like this lol
