some of yall are kinda rude in defence of the guy who bumped it was only 1 month (not a awful bump) and the mod is still being worked on last i checked its not like the people who bump a 3 year old mod and tell the person to add stuff
Its not being worked on anymore I forgot to change the mod status, if the mod will be ever worked on I'll probably have to remake whole model as It's really bad and JBeam isn't better either though for now I got something else in works which will get its thread soon.
I agree, the model on all pictures looks amazing imo. Dont see any issues with it. And we understand that you might not want to work on it anymore, which is a bit of a shame. We need more autobellos in beam
if he belives the model isnt up to his current standards, and thats his choice, right now he is working on a vw t4 tansporter (aw branded) and if he wants to go back to this after he can. if he doesnt thats his choise.
Its not cancelled, Its on hold, I'm planning to revive this in my free time when I manage to. I prefer quality and like I've said, the model is FAR from dev quality or even good quality itself. Would it be possible to make a pre-release version available(at this moment)? I was waiting for a long time cause you said that your mod will be ralesd before 2024 but it doesnt.
Oh... It doesn't have to be perfect to be a good mod. The point of modding imho, is to add something fun or useful to a game, and hopefully be fun for the developer too. It doesn't have to be perfect to be fun. Heck even bottom of the barrel mods can be fun, and this certainly is not the bottom of the barrel. I understand your position, but you should know that we don't expect dev quality, and you shouldn't either. Just have fun and enjoy the ride.
he is working on a differnet mod now (aw bus) and if he doesnt wanna work on this he doesnt have to. sad that he isnt but he can do what he thinks is necessary.
I understand y'all, though I wasn't happy nor satisfied from what I did in this mod, everyone can make some good pictures but reality is different, which is why I have put the mod on hold. Heck, even the T-Wagen I'm currently working on doesn't make me satisfied enough, it's a life of a perfectionist lol. (the thread on forums will be made probably this or next month, for now if someone is interested you can keep up with progress on official Beam.NG Discord server). For the love of god, PLEASE stop bumping this thread, if ANY new info about the vehicle will come, I'll post it here myself. Here's a short common Q&A so that no one has any more questions. (hopefully). 1. Will the mod get continued? I'm not sure yet, although I plan to revive it one day, and if I will, it is going to be completely scratch from beginning made with my current skills. 2. Can i have the mod/files? Sadly, you can't. As I've said in 1. I plan to revive it one day + the mesh is very outdated and unaccurate so It's seriously not worth editing. When it comes to the mod itself, JBeam got a lot of stress and rear suspension randomly breaks off so yeah no, there is no point in doing any of said above. 3. How could I help you, in order to release the mod? In order to release the mod there is no way, as said before I want to redo it completely from scratch. Although one thing that I'll need in order to make next mesh well, and accurate, is a 3D mesh scan of the real vehicle, so if you got a Cinquecento that you could turn into a 3D scan, message me either on Discord or private messages on forums. Summing everything up, why did this mod turn into a ON HOLD mod: First, I got burnt out with the amount of quality I wanted to do, I was doing too much with low quality instead in reverse and the fact that car didn't seem accurate to me after all edits I was making was also one of the reasons I did what I did. Ignoring all that I had some intense school stuff going on which absolutely made me pretty much disfunctional, and what I mean is it was impossible to come back from school and work on this vehicle keeping in mind stuff I've said previously. There are probably more reasons that I don't feel like writing and also some reasons I already forgot. But that's pretty much the most major reasons which decided about the mod future.
