my dad has a old Holden HQ 2-door Monaro and it has no reverse lights so when he puts the car in reverse both the blinkers turn on. since this car has no reverse lights i think that when you put this car in reverse the blinkers should turn on aswell. More realistic for the older cars.

 

front fenders have different blinkers you can choose (you can place both options on both fenders, but the glow of the light might be in different places then)
rear fenders come with or without vents

nope, old italian (but maybe is the same for other EU countries) cars could be without reverse light without blinkers activating. So totally realistic, both if ispired by Fiat or VW.
Sometimes the reverse light was added with a additional part attached to bumper, so would be a nice mod!

The graphics settings don't change the way objects are modeled. Also, that screenshot is from the official trailer for the Piccolina, and they wouldn't have used low graphics settings to show off their game to the public.

 

I've found a weird spot in the jbeam for the rear tube engine cradle, its a bit floppy in this section.

 

Is there any chance we might see tape made available for the headlights? I think that would be a really cool add-on for the rally configuration.

 

I think the issue is that it's bound to the jbeam group of the engine, so whenever the engine moves, it moves.

 

I have to say I'm positively in love with this car.
Having tested it around Italy yesterday, I found this car handles far better than I would have expected it to. Even the relatively slow base model is an absolute blast to drive around the winding Italian roads and the narrow streets of the towns found throughout the map. The engine sounds fantastic, and the trailing arm design used in the rear suspension coupled with the torsion beam in the front provides excellent stability around corners.
I also love how the engine is basically a VW Beetle engine. It even has a heat exchanger on the exhaust headers to provide hot air to the cabin
