Automatic transmission doesn't shift

As the title said all the automatic transmissions (dct, also) don't shift anymore I can put them in drive but when the gear runs out it doesn't shift up, manual shifting on modern autos still works.
What I did already:
1. Safe mode
2. Clear cache
3. Verify integrity (both through steam and the built in check)
4. Complete clean reinstall
5. Rebinding of all keys (the wheel drivers are up to date)
What could be the problem:
1. Maybe the new update, bit I'm pretty sure I already had it working
2. I recently got a new wheel (fanatec dd1(it's fucking amazing)) and shifter (fanatec h pattern) had a Logitech shifter and Thrustmaster wheel before without problems, Im not sure if I drove a automatic with this hardware already...
If further info is needed (video or log) just tell me what you need.

Add the pedals ui app and check brake is at 0. If the brake is on, even at 1% then it wont shift up.
