Cool to see a new version of it, but it is getting super annoying that just about EVERY quality mod coming out is becoming paid. Saw this coming with LBE shifting the entire mentality of the modding community. It's not about the hobby anymore, its about money. Beam is quickly becoming FSX or Asseto. Guess i'll be sticking with the original version of the Astro.

The way I see it, as long as the mod is of reasonable good quality (which I don’t doubt on this one) and not crazy expensive, it should be worth it, provided you are interested in that type of vehicle. I personally draw the line at subscriptions, I will only use one time payments but I’m not paying a monthly fee for a game mod. Its not really about the money now, its still a hobby. Cause they usually are paid less that minimum wage for their mods even when it is paid and most people release paid mods alternatively. As I see it, it is just a means that allows them to create amazing mods like the Gavril Scout while also creating free ones like the F4 racecar. And I will definitely be buying the astro mk-1, just hope to see some unique configs like a electric one or a hydrogen one and maybe a clapped out scrapyard config with like 300,000 kilometers on it.
