    stock 2600K here as well, although BANANA is not grabbing the K series bit for some reason...

    EDIT: Siggy is outdated, I downclocked my CPU again with the return of summer. :/

    also, my ACTUAL h-series results (i did the test in the recording, because i was recording, it didn't come out as it should)

    Your CPU is running 100mhz faster than mine, could that make a difference? Any other programs I could use to make sure my chip is ok?

    this test does not use the graphics card. it only simulates a car using your processor with no graphics attached.

    not a bad improvement. and it was AMD software, not some hackjob. still crappy, but for a laptop, not too bad. and ive got her on ice, not blowing too hot after 40 mins of BEAMng

    OC'd to 2300mhz

    Max Mbeams is 28. AMD A8-3850 running at 3GHz. Improvement over stock CPU speed (2.9) is one Mbeam.

    I used to be able to run my CPU at 3.4GHz just fine but for some reason now it won't even boot with the CPU at any overclocked speed. I have to do any overclocking in MSI Control Center and even then it gets unstable and freezes around 3.2GHz.

    yeah i know but on maps like DRI i get terrible fps, and this thing is telling me i should be able to simulate two cars. I should have made that more clear.
