    Pff, Gavril Huayra better
    --- Post updated ---
Well I think I kinda understand why its an ETK brand:
ETK is the only company that makes modern sports car (K-Series if that isn't obvious)
Civetta, in beamng universe, didn't make any modern cars
But to be honest, Cherrier fits a bit better

Also just slapping a lore friendly badge on an obviously laser scanned car isn’t lore friendly

saying that sort of stupid stuff doesn't help anyone. pouring hate on "new" aspiring modders will not make them become better.
imo CRGZ is making great progress when it comes to modding, and he doesn't procrastinate and make 8767587 mods that end up being cancelled or on hold undefinitely cough

you do realise that he made that model, right?

While I agree that ETK is probably not the best choice of brand for this sort of car, it's not a reason to say that the mod will be trash just because of the name

I never said the mod will be trash. It’s probably going to be very high quality, just has a few problems.

"Made" could as well mean "laser scanned", and yeah I agree that ETK makes no sense, but there isn't really a lore-friendly equivalent to Aston Martin, maybe he could make up a fake brand name

And yeah to clarify I didn’t mean it was a literal lazer scanned car, I just meant he made it so well it’s like it’s lazer scanned. (It made sense in my head.)

Hopefully this thing will get a v12

Just use new fitting brand name for a british car company. For example Panther or Foldley.
Let's say I have a concept for a vehicle, which could be for example Skoda Fabia, but even if its under Volkswagen Group it shouldn't be called ETK. ETK is more BMW and Mercedes than Volkswagen and Skoda. So, for Volskwagen I would choose smthg called like Krueger (any german name as it is in real life german) and for skoda fabia you can just translate it from czech (which shouldnt be translate it because its surname, but the actual translation of the surname is fun) to Harm Fabio Mk1 for example.

But then again we dont need like 1209837120380129380983092138102391283 brand names because of all these mods

It's just a name that fits the vehicle in order to be able to also post the mod on the repository. Having only thousands versions of gavrils or ETKs would make more mess imo. Also, making a mod with new brand name doesn't add anything to lore just a more distinct mod. Especially, when you care about the details and also story then Aston Martin cant be just ETK.

This was not ripped from an import. This was made entirely from scratch. These are pictures of my progress shown in both the official Beam Discord and MFD.

Actually tartan is a Scottish patterned cloth that looks a bit like this:

I know. It's even an option on the GTI. Speaking of which.... Will there be a tartan interior for this car?
