whether someone has a lot of skill or no skill at all, anyone can make a better 4 door barstow then that
I could probably photoshop it and make it look better (and not have a extended rear as if it's supposed to be some limo).
This mod is clearly a great idea, but poor execution. Instead of leaving this mod as it is, you should've asked some people with experience to help you with the mod, or to give the mod to them for fixing. I'm, for example, still learning the texturing. When one of my mods had a broken textures, I didn't immediately release it, instead, I gave it to one guy (won't name him), and he fixed it for me. Obviously, I gave him credits on mod overview page. That's my opinion on your mods generally, but you have a great potential, and you should use it and. I think your mods will get better and better in the future. Keep it up!
BarmyPark updated Barstow Wagon with a new update entry: Tailgate fix Read the rest of this update entry...
sorry i am a pretty buzy person pluse i havent been on my computer and i need to update blender but its been updated --- Post updated --- i have too work on that my freind --- Post updated --- why did fen get beaned?
Remove faces of object, but only faces: Select two dots (vertices) and press F to make line between them, that will be your beam, you need to cross-brace structure: After that is done, you can export nodes and beams to some file using jbeam exporter plugin for the Blender: From that exported file you can then copy paste nodes and beams to your wagon's nodes and beams section. Of course there is lot more to it, like setting weight of nodes etc. However that might help you to modify what you currently have. Or then use NBeditor to see and notepad to edit. It just takes lot of time and small adjustments.
Found it here, guide is outdated but it is quite simple to use, I think that I did uncheck every tick for basic jbeam structure and only have used tick box that makes collision triangles from faces, others I believe I have kept unchecked: https://wiki.beamng.com/Blender_Exporter_plugin https://github.com/50thomatoes50/BlenderBeamNGExport/releases That does not do jbeam automatically from model though, you need to build jbeam for it and I don't know how to import existing jbeam to blender, so NBeditor and notepad++ might be something you still need to use to get jbeam structure you make in Blender joined to jbeam of Barstow.
Hi, I know this thread is old and if BarmyPark wants this removed I will remove it. I have fixed simply the issue of taillights not appearing, BeamNG must have changed them at some point. They now work as they should. Cool mod, I'd love to take a crack at fixing/making window textures though I have no skill at it. Edit: fixed other small things
