BeamNG AI Help!

    Hello I need some help on Beamng. I want the in-game AI to chase me but every time I tick the box (AI Controlled [I tick it] ) and then I go CTRL T to go into AI management and click 'Chase Player' nothing happens then when I press Tab to switch vehicle the player then starts to crash into me, which is what I want but then I cant control the vehicle I Tabbed into and cant TAB back.
