This is probaly caused by mods, try running safe mode and try again. thats how it worked for me. I had the same thing

They do conflict. Gavril H series spawn with no textures on the headlights, travel trailer also spawns with no textures on the lights, Gavril T series spawns with messed up roof after the more parts mod was installed.
Like a convertible? Just delete it and download the newest version. I recommend you do that with all you mods. Some look like the outdated versions.
