I always love looking at the preview pics. It makes me wonder what it's all going to look like in the end. I remember going on YouTube to try to find massive pileup wrecks in BeamNG.drive. I came across Friz's video and was hooked instantly. Then he uploaded the 2nd episode and I loved it. Sometimes I just binge-watch the entire series because I feel like it. Keep up the amazing work, Friz! Can't wait for part 9! Spoiler: Also, here's a little teaser of my part 10 application.
Yeah, Friz has never even announced Part 10 applications. Part 9 isn't out yet and he always announces applications when he releases blooper videos.

In my opinion, voice actors wouldn't work well for a few reasons: With the subtitles, everyone give a different voice to the each character. Restricting it to a specific voice would kill the creativity. Since there aren't any people in Beam.NG, it would seem like the cars themselves are talking. And we really don't want that.
If Friz was an artist, he would ask for references of people's faces for subtitles. He would also design the main characters by himself.
Unless Friz gets a really talented cast of several people and manages to seamlessly marry the visuals, sound effects, music AND the voice acting, then he should just stick to subtitles.
