The Menu BG are not statics. Those are webm videos. It lags because no Hardware Acceleration in the UI yet. It has nothing to do with your graphical settings (but resolution may influence the UI performance).

So I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but upon clicking 'Go!' on any selected map, it prompts me with multiple error messages saying failed to create resource, I click okay and wait a second or so BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! it was now saying 'Failed to create resource: [vehicles/pickup/pickup.DAE]'. When I clicked okay, it crashed. As you can probably imagine, this really rustled my jimmies.

I think your BeamNG got corrupted. I'd suggest to delete it (Steam > BeamNG > Delete Local Files), then manually going to Documents>BeamNG and delete everything. Then redownload Steam.
If you have things like mods you want to keep, make a backup first :p

Are you use you deleted the right file. After "Deleting Local Files", check yourself if Steam deleted the BeamNG folder (Steam>steamapps>common>BeamNG.Drive).
I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work if you reinstall the game freshly.

I've deleted every BeamNG related file from steam and removed everything from my documents folder, I'm now re-downloading the experimental version so I'll see how things go. :)

Edit: Success! I managed to get it working! Cheers for all your help :)

Probably you already know this, but if you have multiple vehicles and one of them with the cockpit camera, the gadgets will disappear for all the vehicles (they should only hide for the vehicle with the cockpit camera).

Some vehicles will become invisible depending on the method of installation you used.

For some reason installing some vehicles in ZIP files will break their textures, and models

I would extract the zip file to GameFolder\Content\vehicles. (Replying to the one who said DrowsySams vehicles are invisible)

Sometime is wrong with your PC if 4 fresh installs haven't fixed the issue.
Do you have all the things required by BeamNG and Steam (DirectX and whatever else it needs)?
Are you running programs like Fraps or things like that? Try to turn them off and see if it helps.

Just pushed an updated T75 with a bunch of fixes for stability and deformation, as well as completely redone steering to be mechanically accurate (no more cheat hydros!).

We found an odd problem - very heavy nodes cause extreme instability with self-collision. This is why the T75 was spazzing out in high speed crashes - the 110kg engine nodes were screwing everything up. I fixed this by putting a non-colliding node in the middle of the engine and making the engine corner nodes much much lighter. Now it's very stable, though there are still some clipping issues to fix with the grille/radiator.

I also spotted one minor problem with the T75 also...but this isnt related to the gauges not working its just that you had the max RPMs set to 5000 I know for a fact truck engines NEVER go that high I tamed it back to 3000rpm instead which is generally more accurate :)

Thanks a lot for this, it's a great idea. One problem is the camera... it just keeps on zooming out when I press "b" on my controller... I've had a look at the input map and nothing seems to look wrong... Any ideas? Thanks again
