Hi. I have the following specs:
    AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.00 GHz
    Gigabyte GTX 1050 2GB
    16 GB RAM
    2TB HDD
    120 GB SSD

I really want to play it and I don't know why this is happening.

    More details, such as:
    - Happens on any level?
    - Happens with any vehicle?
    - Settings? Resolution?

Just looking at your specs, I could tell you that your processor is probably part of the issue.
AMD FX CPUs are not much great for complex calculations (such as BeamNG physics), due their odd architecture, slow FPU unit (what does the math), and the fact it's shared between two cores (instead of each core having one)

    Thank you for replying!
It happens on any level, with any vehicle and any settings, any resolution. I've tried anything. I saw that my CPU and GPU are at max. 20% usage. Can't it use more?

The game will use the hardware based on what it needs.

    Do this:
Load Gridmap (do not move the camera or the vehicle)
Go to options > user-interface > enable 'Advanced Mode'
In the sidemenu there should be a new button named 'PERFORMANCE'
Press it. Then click the 'Hide UI for 10 seconds' button on the top-right corner.
Wait until the UI returns back, then press ALT+O and paste the link for the image here.

Repeat the above on East Coast USA level

Go to the BeamNG.Drive directory (Steam/Steamapps/Common/BeamNG.Drive/Bin64) and run the 'banana-bench.x64.bat' file.
When done, take a screenshot and post the link here.
