Beamng lag spikes freezes etc

Quick update , rx480 -dead lol just shows a red screen,when it reaches boiling temps its still red but has a display , first thing i do when display came on? Beamng ... long stroy short ,1fps tried reflowing but nothing sad times.. anyways after i put my 750 back in , i had all my hdds unplugged only ssd now maps load faster, weird if you ask me?

Ok maybe ill leave a list of possible solutions/things i did that seemed to have solved the problem for the most part
Now there seems to be very little to no lags and fps is very stable (maxed out 30-35 fps in city in italy and 40-50 elsewhere in italy map) other maps even hit 110 sometimes )
So ill things in order that i think helped most 1 being most and so on so
1.reflash gpu bios to slightly different version
2.new thermal paste
3.only ssd with windows connected
Seems to be it for the most part and thanks for all the help i got
