    You could before but the devs removed it for 0.5. :(
    They will probably put it back in for the next update.

    I got a new car yay :D It´s my winter car. It´s a 2 litre Pessima. Has a small dent and steel wheels without hubcaps. It has sport swaybars tho :D just cost 750$. My other two cars a sleeping in a warm and dry Garage now until spring :D soon it will get reapired and maybe lowered :p

    Small update. Got someone who reapirs my pessima :) some pics...

    Ripped of everything broken and already installed my new suspension. Had quite old Swaybars so I swapped them as well.

    Then my new fender got installed and some fine tuning at the stiffness and damping rate of the springs and shocks :)

    And then for the last thing today, my new light got in ;)
