No, like in the 2015 Toyota RAV4, there is 2 tiny TVs in the back seats that are wireless so you can watch TV. Not DVD. Probably.

I like this mod i can also give a tip i use for my custom interiors texture, use the stock templates in paint.net and adjust brightness and contrast till the color of the seats turns white, the you can color it in what you want and keep the leather or cloth effect
One thing I always missed on every game was different trim options. Like power windows or manual, or AC vs no AC. Below are two pics of e39s with different centre consoles, the look and feel are really different.
Also, you could add texts or songs to all cars radios, for example the Sunburst one (A modern song like, "The Nights-Avicii") the Covet (A 90's pop or rock song you like) etcetera. Cheers!
