Oh, go to the Library tab, environment, precipitation, change the data to rain_drop, then create new. Change all the data in the bottom right corner.

Wow! I love all the screenshots! so 3840x2160 16:9 4k resolution makes them look like that? how do you make it that resolution? and How do you zoom out and take a photo in the garage? it wont let me do free camera or photo mode.
"how do you make it that resolution?" You need a 4k monitor (4k TV or 4k monitor) on you computer and take the screenshot on it
You don't need only a 4k monitor, You also need a motherboard with onboard 4k graphics or a GPU that has the ability to display in 4k. If you have a 4k monitor but your pc can only support 1080p, then it'll scale 1080 up to 4k (making it seem better than 1080p, but it isn't full 4k, it's just trying to be 4k)
