Stop all F@H projects, download the new version and it will update instead of reinstall. It deleted my CPU slot though, had to recreate it.

Team stats have updated. We jumped quite a few spots thanks to Hemi and Kamil cranking out those WU's.

I fold 24/7 :p Except for special circumstances. Like when I clean out my computer, or when I unplug it during a storm.

Re: Folding @ Home, Seti @ Home and other DC projects.

After going through a ton of stats I got this.
We are currently smashing through non-active teams. There isn't much competition except for one_nation_under_god. They are at over 126k ppd for the team, we are at 67k or so. I expect at our current rate to settle in around 500 or so. There are literally only a handful of teams folding more than us in the top 1000 until you hit the major teams like [H]. And this is passed off our past performance. If I factor in my folding that hasn't effected our average we get closer to 100k. That puts us more towards team 250 or so if I fold 24/7. If everyone added 5k ppd we would have an extra 80, lending more to team 150.
Folding is a team effort guys! Even an extra day a week could push us up a bunch of teams, staying active is key.

Yeah, without more people joining the team, we won't be getting passed the highly active teams. We are doing surprisingly well for such a small team of folders.

The crazy thing is that the majority of teams that will beat us are the 200k+ teams. Very few have anything on us otherwise. I will be old enough to work this summer (birthday today!) and even two 7770s for $100 would almost double the ppd we make 24/7 once overclocked. I might start a farm. :D

Yeah, once summer/spring rolls around I will most likely be upgrading. I will probably get like an FX8350 and a R9 280x or maybe a 290. I can then use my 7770 on top of the 280x to farm.

With 1000 more points today we will have gained 100 spots in 7 days. I feel kinda bad overtaking teams that have 11k WUs but less points. Oh well. :p

I don't care! It's quite fun demolishing littler teams tbh :p

I remember this goal we had a while back. Man, getting into the top 1000 will take a lot longer than I previously thought. It felt like I just started folding last month, but I started back in July.

Yeah, team 1000 will take us just over 4 months at this rate.

    - - - Updated - - -

Wow, whatever happened on the 10th boosted us from 60k ppd to almost 190k. Hemi? Or someone else?

When overclocked I can make about 235KPPD, but I haven't run 24/7. Perhaps some but not all was accounted for with averaging. Also, after a recent turn of events I am now in a relationship and therefore will have not a lot of extra time to mess around on my computer. Expect some 24/7 folding out of me in the near future. Cheers :D

Awesome! 24/7 folding will most likely make you pass me within a couple of weeks. Also, good luck in the relationship!
