Tech is lying. He is just getting 5 more monitors. I am getting a G27 for my birthday, in two days. yey
25%?? That is 250Mhz (resulting in 1250Mhz) and that would mean every chip is a golden chip. My 7770 was actually quite golden too and ran at 1300Mhz for most of the time and got more in the range of 47-52k ppd. I imagine you would near match that. Also, you want to overclock memory to 100-200Mhz higher. After that my performance started to degrade but otherwise I got much more solid frames. People will argue but I think the 7770 was very bandwidth starved. I did this all on 14.1 beta.
I'll give you my 650ti. (Worth about $100+ because people are too stupid to realize that you can get a much better AMD card for not much more like I did.) It's a pretty good overclocker, I've had it running over 1300MHz before. Never ran very hot either. In other news I just got home from exchanging the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2014 I bought yesterday for a Corsair K70 with Cherry MX Red switches. I really like it. Definitely worth switching to it. (Plus it was $10 cheaper.) I think the Razer switches were knockoffs of the Cherry MX Blues and these are (In my opinion) much nicer to type on. Even though I only had it for one day it was apparent that their build quality really wasn't the best.
? It's pretty rare for a Cape Verde chip to hit 1200Mhz even. They did some serious binning. Choose the best chips or ran them at high voltage. EDIT: 2.3k
GFX should be in today. Currently in Rijeka, only 2-3 hours until it reaches me. PSU and new fan should come in day before I leave. They are still sitting in the warehouse. - - - Updated - - - Overseas y u so slow?!?!?!? Expecting it tommorow, if it doesn't come, I'll kick their asses.
GUYS GUYS GUYS I haz dem. Re-installing windows and shiz because previous HP mobo crapped up all compatibility with anything else won't lose any data since none was stored on the OS drive just have to re-install stuff to make it work again intel graphics work for the 4th monitor while using the video card AND DUDES IT HAS A MOTHERFUCKING AUDIO AMP POWERED DIRECTLY BY THE PSU got rid of the extra fan controller as mobo has enough ports for all plus it looks so seksy pics incoming soon
Well, sold my 650ti for $100. Now I'm working on getting my computer updated to Windows 8.1 finally. (For whatever reason it won't show up in the store.) Should I save up for a new (Probably used) motherboard/CPU or just buy an unlocked CPU that's compatible with my board then get my overclock on?
