I've created this thread to talk about our favourite driving songs. My suggestions for the list of such are: - Kansas - Carry On Wayward Son, - Creedence Clearwater Revival - Fortunate Son, Born On The Bayou, Proud Mary, Green River, - Arctic Monkeys - Do I Wanna Know, Arabella, - Golden Earring - Radar Love, - Deep Purple - Fireball, - Black Sabbath - Paranoid, - Billy Squier - Lonely Is The Night, Everybody Wants You, - Def Leppard - Photograph, - FIDLAR - Cheap Beer, - Thee Oh Sees - The Dream, - Aerosmith - Dream On, - Led Zeppelin - Kashmir, - Jefferson Airplane - White Rabbit, - AC/DC - Ride On, Highway To Hell, Emission Control, - Blue Öyster Cult - Don't Fear (The Reaper), - Bob Seger - Turn The Page, - Guns N' Roses - November Rain, Sweet Child O' Mine.
I am gonna have to add to that list all Fastway - Rockin Hardcore as well just because its got a fast past rhythm to it
I agree with Carry On Wayward Son. I think the instrumentals from that song would just be perfect for attacking a tight, technical section. I also think The Devil Went Down to Georgia would be about the awesomest driving song ever, if you could find the "son of a gun" version played on radio stations (so far, I haven't been able to).
