For me it just wasn't showing up anywhere in the marketplace after like 4 hours of playing and checking every so often so i didn't know if it was broken or not. I'm going to try to reinstall the mod to see if that fixes it or not. (update. reinstalling it worked)
for it not showing up when it happened, that could be down to you having alot of mods enabled which has got more population showing than the impreza has which is making it not show up at all or very rarely
i only had like 3-4 car mods on when trying it at first. but then i switched to the overhaul and reinstalled it and then it started showing up. so one of those 2 things fixed it i guess

something's a bit messed up with the version ive got, probably a conflict with something but i figured id post it anyway (its configs that dont use the steelies not just the humberside police one)
oh man, i just cant wait until the safari stuff gets added if it does. I LOOOVE the safari cars and the body kits and the subaru ones are one of my favorites.
