Outdated Better Sounds Mod [5.1.1] works with 0.18.0.1

Unknown means that the mod is not a vehicle or terrain.

 

Okay guys, I started to remake all the mod with a clear and better optimised code, for now everything work fine but it will take me about 1 week to finish it I think.

In next update I will try to make:
A way to enable and disable feature like you want
Maybe a truck beep sound when going back
A way to change the siren sound for each car like you want

 

I hope you don't break the compatibility with my sirens, because I'd want to still make sirens like I did.

Why not? Use the latest version and your problems will go away. If you don't have the latest version because you didn't buy the game, please buy it instead of pirating it.

New update guys ! I hope it's not too complicated. Please report any bug you see, if you have any problem read the troubleshooting and the installation section again because every have changed

-Added possibility to create soundpacks for my mod
-Added possibility to enable and disable each feature individualy
-Added truck reverse sound (can be enabled on any car using the config files)
-Added engine starting sound
-Added dynamics sound (it fix some bugs)
-Fixed small bug with tire smoke
-Fixed bugs with handbrake
-Fixed bugs with siren
-Completly remade all the mod code the mod replace less main files now (only 2)
-Bug: If you are driving a vehicle with edited sounds, you modify it (change the motor for exemple) you switch vehicle and you reload the second vehicle and the first vehicle, the edited sounds doesn't work.

 

Can i use NOSMOKE and original?

I have tried downloading the mod around 5 times and I'm having trouble finding which one is the .lua and where to put it. Is there a video that shows how to install? Must just be out of my mental capacity for computer files :/

In the archive you have

Drag & Drop to the BeamNG drive installation folder --> you put all content of this file in the beamng drive installation folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive)

Drag & Drop to mods folder --> you put all content of this file in mod folder (C:\Users\jojos\Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods)
