@Fera, they don't have to be. There's gotta be someone at the HQ who, like me, need only 3 or so hours of sleep a day, which would then enable them to stay up overnight and moderate the formus A fiasco that most ex-ror members want to forget. To put it in short terms, it would be "dictatorship" --- Post updated --- Also, what's up with some people being so fond of @Fera? From what i see, he's barely here for a year and didn't contribute much on the forums but some people are acting like he's the best. Could someone give me an explaination? I'm really baffled.
Just report and move on. What happened recently blew out, since some didn't ignore the guy, and the thread managed to get 41 pages in a night. When that happens, it just makes them go on. It's just a matter of few hours until we clean up, so it's not really worth engaging the trolls. Actually, it could make you get in trouble (in fact a guy joined that troll, spammed along with him and earned a ban as well). Trolls exists, no system is secure enough to stop/prevent them. At the very end, their staying here is only temporary.
Y'all are getting worked up over nothing. No one will add moderators or other troll prevention features because we already have everything we need to deal with them. The handy dandy ignore button. I don't even bother reporting trolls anymore; I just ignore them. I never see their posts and I never receive notifications from them. Only problem is I can see threads they bump, but those are easy enough to ignore. Next time you see a troll, just ignore them and move on. Don't create threads calling for reforms because nothing will happen. Also, please close this thread. Nothing helpful has come from it
