Body colored "dog dish" hubcaps for older cars

Older cars in the game like autobello used to be able to have body colored hubcaps which you could have a matte color or glossy like the body color. I to recall seeing "dog dish" like hubcaps colored like the body.

 

Hubcaps, not so much. Body-colored rims however were pretty common, and these are in game already.
