the Easter bunny scares me --- Post updated --- But serously the mod does look good i really wanna RAM in beam!
The easter bunny has arrived!....albiet a bit late. Now i know for certain it has issues, it just has to. Keep me posted on what you find and ill do my best to fix it as soon as i can. Enjoy!
am i a dummy its not workin for me? its in the right spot and i also tried extracting it and still nothing.....
So far with the updated version, I've noticed the following issues: - The hood doesn't open - The tailgate doesn't open all the way, and is also transparent from the sides - The steering on the Workhorse config is a bit wonky, seems to like drifting to the left, even on a flat, straight road. The Dunehawk config doesn't have that issue. - Hood camera clips through the windshield - Workhorse config spawns without a radiator - Brute 1500 badge on the right front door clips with the door itself on the Dunehawk, but doesn't on the Workhorse. Meanwhile, the second '0' is floating on the driver's door of the Dunehawk. Issues aside, this is a great update, looking forward to what's next!
figured my issue out lol. (beamng for some reason didn't transport my folder to 3.5 so i had to fix that) would be cool to have a few more normal configs. (base stock model!)
I’m making note of these things and i will do my best to get a fix out in the next week or so plus adding a few things to it.
I just briefly messed with it, and I noticed that (as seen above) the windows are too reflective on the inside, probably something with the mapping, the rear seats are kinda floppy, and there needs to be more options. Other than that, this is shaping up to be a great mod and I'm looking forward to seeing more updates
I tried out the Brute and I like it but I found some more problems with pictured evidence. 1: some of the frame configs options should be removed from the brute as it makes the body all werid when applying one. Also when a new body loads the interior and windows and firewall disappear. 2: speaking of firewall there's a gap in between the wall and the bottom of the windshield and dash. 3: you can see behind all the lights and bumpers like when you rip them off the bed and such. 4: the Mega cab and crew get all wonky when applying to a different Frame configs causing spiking and the back of it moving when driving. I am excited for it's progress but needs the attention!
Nice to see you back! I've always wanted a modern, lore-friendly pickup truck! Anyway, I'd like to mention a few things I've noticed: The Workhorse config does not have ABS and ESC at all (ABS and ESC are required on all cars sold in the US after the 2012 model year) and it uses the wrong parts for a base configuration (i.e. off-road brakes and heavy duty parts). It also has an engine that is too powerful. Speaking of engines, the 5.7-litre V8 gasoline engine seems to behave strangely and tends to oversteer, even in base configurations. Also, some parts of some engines clip through the hood. The car itself lags my game. It should be optimised. Some parts suffer from backface culling and shading issues. The licence plate clips on the rear bumper. It still has leftovers from the Gavril D-Series. They should be changed or removed on a case-by-case basis. Changing the frame from a standard one to a non-heavy duty one causes some parts of the car to be misplaced. I'd like to suggest some stuff, too: More factory configurations, as well as configurations inspired by the Dodge Ram SRT-10 and the Ram 1500 TRX. Medium duty configurations and parts. Electric configurations, and if possible, plug-in hybrid ones. CADM, MXDM, and EUDM stuff like metric gauges, as well as RHD configurations for Aussie markets. Light mode thumbnails consistent with the rest of most cars, vanilla and otherwise. Shorter beds inspired by the Ram 1500. Stepside beds. Bed canopies. More different hood and grille options. Gasoline inline-6, V6, and V10 engines, as well as different V8 engines and diesel ones. Body-coloured mirrors, as well as medium duty Luxe and Sport ones. Body-coloured and chrome door handles. Bumper fog lights. OEM spoilers. Rear tailgate lettering. Resized Bruckell Bastion wheels for 6-lug wheel hubs and different ones, too. Other than that, you've done a great job, mate! I hope to see this mod improve!
