The same people who would drive a Japanese Kei van because it is from a foreign country.

Or because it is from Murica.

I hope the LeGran has a air ride suspension similar to the 1988 Chrysler New Yorker, meaning if the rear suspension fails, the back end sags.

if this has the buick 3800 V6 then hopefully we can have a supercharger, and a NA version that makes around 140-150hp

This will never have an i6 or a v8 because it's a FWD car.
Also, I think it will just have a v6, with an optional supercharger. A factory turbo would be completely out of place in a car like this.

I think you'll be looking more at a 2.8-3.4L V6 and some sort of 2.0-2.5L I4. Both OHV, both probably turning a 3 or possibly 4-Speed automatic.
    It depends on the years.
    Early 80's I would say smaller 6 and bigger 4 with a 3-Speed.
    Later 80's, Bigger V6, Smaller OHC I4 with a 4-Speed.

The car's thread is meant for the discussion of the car.
The devs never do any updating in these threads anymore, anyway, so you're not gonna get people's hopes up by posting here, as you would in the official screenshots thread.

Someone above mentioned a Kei van, people are talking about American cars in Europe & someone posted a pic of a LeGran wagon covered in Potatoes.
This shit is beyond "discussion of the car"

I don't know what is up with us but it seems to be a common occurrence we talk about one thing then next minute we are talking about something else, Its quite easy to get off topic.

I think its just human nature to automatically talk about something else.
We need to stop treating it like a verbal discussion sometimes.

Ah, I wasn't paying attention to anything above the discussion of the engines.
The not-legran-related discussion does need to stop.

you are mostly correct for engine options, but it should go up to a buick 3.8l v6 with the optional supercharger, a 3 speed automatic based off of Gm's Th125c, and a 4 speed based off of the 4T60 (non electronic shift), and the 4T60E

I don't think the car is big enough. I think it's more based on the mid 80's Buick Century/Olds Cutlass Cierra. The Supercharged 3800 wasn't around until 91. The Soliad Wendover would be a better choice size wise for that engine though but Gabe referred to it as an 80's car as well so I'm not really sure either.

true but the buick lesabre in the 80s to early 90s looked fairly small as well, i would still say have up to a 3.1l v6 then if this is smaller than the soliad wendover, or just leave them both up to a 3800 v6 due to engine swaps, plus the two must be like buick and oldsmobile since they look similar to me
