about the engine issue, a car like the Calais had 4 different engine choices and the power rose steadily as the model years went on

• 2.3 L Quad 4 I4

• 2.5 L Tech 4 I4

I don't think it will, as ABS probably did come standard until the 1990s in the US.

 

My dads 6th gen civic doesn't have ABS i guess because ABS was too technical for it to be included in NZ new vehicles at the time. heck it doesn't even have AC or airbags.

Pretty sure cars like this from the late 80's had ABS.

Many cars from the 80s had ABS as an option, and some luxury cars had it standard.
ABS wasn't standard in the USA until 2013.

 

Well my dads old Ford falcon ed ( was a RWD i6 4.0 car google them ) From 1993 had abs. And i think ( but not sure ) think the EB falcon had abs too ( ed was a face lifted EB )

And am not sure about Holden. I know some high end German coupes and sedans had abs from the mid 80s.

 

I'll keep my hopes up for this car turning out to have RWD instead of FWD, still might be a chance.

 

The fwd makes it more crappy. Plus most cars of this style are fwd.

The game doesn't have an example of a K platform car yet so it would be interesting to have a vehicle with no real frame.
