Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon My D15 mod already has the alley lights, it will be a small effort in updating those. I thought you meant the lights on top of the rollbar. Atm the outer ones are pointed outwards and have a wide beam of light, the inner ones have a narrow beam of light and are pointed forwards. Are some of those rollbar lights able to rotate irl? I'll try and make them a bit more round. I'm remolding the original meshes, I've to be careful not to mess up the textures Yep, that is the idea. Make the grill a separate part of the nosecone, so it's possible to selected no grill as well. There will be the old (round headlights), regular (double headlights), sports (no/covered headlights) and 'modern' (horizontal double headlights) nosecone. And there are the old/sports, regular, racing and modern grills. All are nosecones are interchangeable with all grills except for all the 'modern' versions. The 'noseconefillplate'/small front bumper will be classified as front bumper, so it will be interchangeable with all the nosecones as well. One can make lots of variations. Added an already know screen to make it a bit more clear.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon Splendid, absolutely splendid. I wanna' wreck every one of those a million ways from Sunday. Not an expert on 4X4 lighting but I would seriously bet all sorts of fancy lighting control shit is available these days....android no doubt.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon Awesome work! I wonder if there could be an option to have different interior colors as I think that the standard brown really doesn't fit some color combinations. I think having red, blue, green and black interiors would be really cool!
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon I really like your way of doing things, some of the fascia designs and stuff are pretty fitting and have some nice original styling Particularly for me the "thin" older style bumper on the rear is really nice, are you thinking of making one for the front?
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon The only way I think that is possible is by copying the original mesh, give it another materials name, give the _d maps another color and add the material in the materials file. Copying the meshes I think is a bit waste of memory (chairs, wheels etc but if you want the carpet as well the entire body must be copied as well.) I wouldn't be surprised if in the near future a materials selector is made; I've got the feeling they want to be able to select between black and colored bumpers and grills. By then it would be easier to make. The old style noseconefill is sort of a bumper, like the 1974 Laguna (where everyone seems to be comparing it with ) Check image. I've added a version with a chrome part. (Colored version is still available) ---- Also redid the headlights, made them circular, unfortunately some nasty lines appeared. I'm still wondering if I should alter the design a bit; I can lower the lights a bit (like the facelifted version) but I can lower the nosecone area above the headlights a bit as well. Atm there's a small dent. Any thoughts? I won't make them smaller and add an area of body colored material between the lights and grill; I think the it is a particular Moonhawks design feature which sets it apart from the Chevelle/Torino/Coronet. Also made a old rear version for the station; molded the bumper in such a way it is in line with the body. I will probably remove the exhaust cutaways.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon I fix the car idk how i did it, but the car is fix, I opened the game select Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon then the car was fine no issues
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon Hell yes, wagon looking nice. I swear to god your mod factory is like a modern day Hot Wheels collection. With the color selector implemented this will be so fun it's almost incomprehensible.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon The new stuff looks BEAUTIFUL as always. Will the older versions of the fascias and bumpers still be available via parts selector? It would be really cool to be able to choose between early and facelifted versions.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon Awesome work. This looks very aussie. Am thinking front Bench seats. Like the old Holdens and fords of the day. I think hadacoolname will like this idea. Sorry if it has been asked before. Just thinking it would be awesome :]
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon Let's see if anyone can recognize the two major new parts in the first screen... And a ute is useless without a proper load, right?
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon This is a proper load mate But ot: These look absolutely amazing
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon New parts: Had some ideas for different rear lights. (Just some crappy paint suggestions)
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon You're close with the new parts; if you mean the new old lightbar on the blue cop car you're right, if you mean the front end of the black car you're wrong. (this front end was already discussed in this thread right?) You are close though. Hint; it's not a small part. About the rear; I was also thinking about a bit more modern taillight version, which can fit with the facelifted frontend. But I don't want it to be rigorous different than the original.
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon Yeah i meant the siren, but i dont have any idea what the second thing is. The grill seemed a bit different as the one showed before, maybe its the different color and the fact that i wasnt able to see the chrome strip under the headlights Anyway, nice work and i really cant wait to carry engines around
Re: Bruckell Moonhawk Sedan & Station wagon TINGTINGTING We've got a winner! And what about this facelifted rear end?
